Needed a trip inspection for my Honda Civic that’s going cross country, and was able to get a same day appointment. Inspection was quick, about 30-35 minutes (was told can vary up to an hour), and the receptionist did a great job explaining the results. Price for the inspection made sense, as did the quote for the things they recommended fixing. A pleasant experience overall, would recommend!

Wow, so worth the drive. I have had problems with mechanics destroying my engine in the past, so before my latest repair, I searched Google for recommendations on mechanics for the 3800 engine. Almar came highly rated, so I went with their business. It did not take long while my car was being evaluated that the depth of knowledge by owner Kimberley was obvious. I have sat in waiting rooms before, and never heard this degree of expertise in conversations with customers and with mechanics that I heard from her. In the end, I felt very comfortable with her suggestions, and with the work performed. Still early after the repair of course, but I am not anticipating any issues. Long drive? Yes. Worth it? We have been coming to Almar Auto for over 20 years, and I can honestly say we have always been grateful for the care and service we’ve received. Even with a few ownership changes over the years, the experience has consistently remained excellent. Kim and James were especially wonderful during my most recent visit. They took the time to clearly explain what was going on with my Kia and made sure everything was handled quickly and efficiently. It’s not always easy to find a shop you can trust, but Almar Auto continues to deliver dependable, honest service every time.

I also want to recognize Antonio for the high-quality mechanical work performed on my vehicle. My experience with the Almar Auto Repair team was exceptional from start to finish. The staff was professional, welcoming, and took the time to clearly explain the issue, the repair options, and the expected timeline. I truly appreciated their honesty and transparency—there was never any pressure, just straightforward recommendations that made me feel confident in the work being done. What impressed me most was that they went above and beyond by fixing additional issues I had without increasing the original repair quote. That level of integrity and generosity saved me several hundred dollars. On top of that, the repair was completed faster than expected, and my car now runs perfectly. Wonderful experience with ALMAR Auto Repair! I was able to drop my car off in the morning, and it was done by lunchtime the same day.
